Harris Bank rollout program
Role: Project Manager.
Harris Bank want to launch bank expansion program through the Chicagoland area. In the end we build or renovated 50 projects. We developed a kit of parts that could easily be a adapted from site to site.
For the location in Chesterton, ID we achieved LEED Silver status. We used the kit of parts we designed for the program and modified them to get to our sustainable goals.
We made the building more energy efficient, improved indoor air quality, used bioswales to reduce and filter storm water runoff and reduced construction waste by 95% .
